Green coffee

We also sell unroasted coffee, by the kilo or by the load, for roasters and buyers who would rather work the bean their own way. Quoted by lot, profile and quantity.

Green coffee is the bean already processed and dried, before it ever meets the roaster. Much of what you later taste in the cup is decided there: buying it green lets you choose the profile, the grind and the resting time, instead of receiving those decisions already made.

Roasted

Roasted in small batches and ground to order. Ordered over WhatsApp, picked up at the house or shipped into town.

    Panela, mandarin and a clean finish

    Washed. Medium roast, the everyday one.

    Washed. Medium-dark roast, holds up to milk.
